Croatia reach Water Polo World Championship final
Croatia's men's water polo team have reached the final of the World Championship after beating France 14-12 in a thrilling semi-final.
Konstantin Kharkov won a swim-off and found the net in Croatia's first possession, setting the tone for a match that was close throughout.
The Croatians led 8-7 at half-time, but France fought back to level the scores at 11-11 with just over two minutes remaining.
However, Croatia regained the lead through Josip Vrlic and held on to secure their place in the final, where they will face Spain.
Croatia will be looking to win their first World Championship title since 2007, while Spain will be aiming to defend their crown.
The final will take place in Gwangju, South Korea, on Saturday.
